Summary: Anybody who loves movies is absolutely drooling for the chance to see an Alien movie made in teh 21th century, and for added god measure the Predator is thrown in the mix. However, I'm a little skepical at this point. You see, this is Paul W.S. Anderson we're talking about here. Event Horizon was a deeply horrific film and I'll give him kudos for that, but it seemed like Alien thrown into a more religious tone and the acting could've used a tweaking. Then he made Resident Evil, which was cool for action and sexy, but overall it kinda sucked. My point is that I don't know if this will stay true to the Alien/Predator FEEL, or if it's just going to be a big action-gorefest. I'm sure that it will make lots of money and Anderson will be asked to do other projects, but at this point I don't know. I say good luck Paul and I haven't completely lost faith in you, but you're having to fill some pretty big shoes. P.S. If you watch the trailer and slow it down, it does look A LOT like his style, which may be good of bad depending. Good luck.
